Academics Philosophy

Edify Schools actively foster a culture of scholarly thinking in young minds by offering a comprehensive, challenging, and enriching curriculum. The innovative curriculum up to grade V and the implementation of Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) across all classes establish a robust foundation in academic disciplines. As students advance through the grades, the program becomes increasingly flexible, offering a diverse range of electives beyond the core curriculum. Pedagogy

Inquiry serves as the driving force and primary pedagogical approach that sets Edify classrooms apart, making them distinctive and unique. The inquiry-based method empowers students to assume responsibility and ownership of their learning. It emphasizes the integration of curiosity and conversation as integral components of the learning process. Instead of merely providing information, teachers are tasked with intriguing students by prompting questions like why, what, and how. The impetus to discover, learn, explore, and make an impact is ignited by the power of inquiry.

Inquiry facilitates personalized conceptual exploration tailored to the needs of each student, contrasting with a traditional instructional model focused solely on information delivery. Embracing the significance of student-centered learning, the process involves an array of teaching and content approaches.
